Karol Radziszewski (b. 1980) was born in Bialystok, Poland and currently lives and works in Warsaw. He works with film, photography, installation, and creates interdisciplinary projects. His archive-based methodology, crosses multiple cultural, historical, religious, social, and gender references. Radziszewski is publisher and editor-in-chief of DIK Fagazine, the art magazine concentrated on homosexuality and masculinity in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2015, he established the Queer Archives Institute (QAI) focused on the archiving and re-interpretation of queer issues from former socialist countries and beyond. His work has been exhibited internationally.
